Yorkie Names - Find inspiration in herbs and spices
Are you the puppy looking for a great name for your Yorkie? Who would have thought that the names are perfect Yorkie in your herb garden or spice rack? In fact, there are a lot of names from a Yorkie puppy dress these sources, then let's look at this moment ...
First, as a bit 'of a page, I must say that I started this quest to find the names Yorkie from a list of herbs and spices, a bit' confusing, because I realized that I did not knowthe difference between herbs and spices! After some research I discovered that the leaves of herbaceous (not woody) plants are herbs, spices, and obtained from the roots, flowers, fruits, seeds and bark. So it is sometimes with herbs and spices from the same plant: An example of this is to come Fennel: The leaves of this plant is as grass, while the seeds were dried and ground as a spice used.
Names of herbs
So in the namesame: start a list of herbs with pride with Yorkie puppies have names that could be worn through! Note that this is not a complete list of herbs: I decided not to include the name of absinthe is not fair that a Yorkie, as Dill, horehound or!
Consider the first herbs: These herbs are used for food and drinks taste and most people are familiar with manythese:
Basil
Bay
Chive
Coriander
Curry
Fennel
Marjoram
Oregano
Parsley
Rosemary
Sage
Tarragon
Thyme
My favorites are here, basil, curry sounds (like a puppy that never stops!), Parsley and sage (The Wise Little boy who knows exactly you're thinking!).
I found an interesting list of "bitter herbs" that are used more medicines, and some of them are pretty nice as well:
Angelica
Chamomile
Dandelion
(Milk) Thistle
Rue
Yarrow
Angelicaa good name for a female Yorkie Thistle and I like as the name for a baby boy.
Yet research has led me to find more herbs, some of which I had never heard of: these again are mainly used in herbal medicine:
Aloe
Calendula
Comfrey
Dittany
Hyssop
Marigold
Artemisia
Rue
Tansy
Verbena
(Sweet) Woodruff
Wormwood
There are three that are here just to adorable puppies female: burning bush, tansy and Verbena: is not it beautiful? And the boyscertainly not: link I like the idea of a boy named wormwood Yorkie (think it has shades of Harry Potter in it), and Woodruff also appeal to me.
Names of Spices
There is a nice list of spices from around the world: let's just dive right inin!
Anise
Cumin
Cardamom
Cassia
Cayenne
Celery
Chili
Cinnamon
Clove
Cumin
Galanga
Ginger
Jalapeno
Juniper
Licorice
Myrrh
Mustard
Nutmeg
Onion
Paprika
Pepper
Saffron
Sesame
Tabasco
Tamarind
Turmeric
Vanilla
Some of these are clearly hot, and a puppy that would never dress: I can not even imagine a group of brothers Yorkie, chili, jalapeno, paprika, pepper and Tabasco! (If you named the sixth, I might add, mustard!)
A great Christmas Triocould cinnamon, nutmeg and myrrh: so beautiful and fragrant!
Anise, cinnamon and saffron are great for female Yorkies and cumin and onions are pleasing to the Licorice men, although clearly many of these names would work great for both sexes (I'm just showing my bias here!)
I've always been a name from the list Catnip Herb, probably not to be a great name, your Yorkie, but may be situations in which they see as a perfect nickname!
